Ideally you MUST BE ABLE TO WORK LONG HOURS at least 40 hours/week (Morning to close and SUNDAY availability) with the ability to handle STRESS , MUST HAVE MANAGER EXPERIENCE (atleast 1-3 years) in any field and have the ability to manage a small business (Interview/Hire/Fire/Train Staff).
